VERSION 2 — WHAT’S NEW?

Version 2 is a major expansion and overhaul of the original game jam release. We’ve gone back through the game, rebuilt weaker areas, expanded the world and added a lot more of what we originally wanted to include.

• Completely expanded and reworked cutscenes
• New and improved music and sound
• Refined environments, artwork and visual presentation
• Reworked and expanded character animations
• A much smoother introductory/tutorial sequence
• Major gameplay mechanic improvements and balancing
• The full cemetery world map is now accessible
• Several cemetery districts  fully playable
• Cremation victims have been added to the rescue system
• Cemetery districts have been redesigned and given clearer identities
• New collectible pickups, bonuses and rewards
• New enemies, attack patterns and encounters
• Secret shovel megadeath sequence
• Ability to pull your guts out and use it as a rope

Version 2 is much closer to the game we originally wanted Cremation Countdown to be — funnier, stranger, more blood and a lot more to discover.
